What should you ask before an AI agent acts in your systems?

1What waits for a person by default?
- Why it matters An agent that sends or writes unchecked turns a wrong answer into a wrong action.

2Can all AI work be stopped at once?
- Why it matters When something looks wrong, minutes count.

4Can the record be edited afterwards?

6How is failed or declined work billed?

7Which screens are real and which are samples?
- Why it matters A leader may act on a number nobody measured.

8How are credentials stored?
- Why it matters Credentials are the keys to your business.
- MFDIO Today Connection credentials are stored encrypted. Ask for details in a security review.
9Is our data used to train models?
- Why it matters Data should stay inside the agreement it was shared under.
- MFDIO Roadmap A "do not train" option exists in settings as a preview and is not yet applied. Ask any vendor for it in writing.
10Can we export or delete everything?
- Why it matters Leaving must be possible.
